Do your crew speak English?
Yes all our staff are fluent in English
What should I bring?
We recommend you bring sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, swimsuit.
What is included in the price?
Our prices already include everything stated in the booking of your choice description.

What food & drinks are included ?
On board you can enjoy water, soft drinks like Cola and Fanta, Beer & Cava. We don't place a limit on drinks per person but due to the size of the refrigerator on board we only take what we can fit in and keep cold. Please keep in mind our charters are designed as a refined, relaxed luxury experience not an all you can drink party cruise. Snacks include things like crisps, olives, nuts etc.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes of course, however there might not be room in the refrigerator to keep them cold. We ask that any red wine or coloured drinks aren't brought onboard.
Cancellation Policy
When you book with us, we take payment in full. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking is non refundable.

That said, we always aim to be fair and flexible. We value our clients and are committed to finding the best solution in any situation. If something comes up, just reach out — we're confident we can work something out together.
What if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our top priority — closely followed by making sure you have the best possible time on board. If the weather forecast looks unfavorable for the day of your trip, we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible to try and reschedule for a better day.
If rescheduling isn’t an option (for example, if the boat is already booked or you're heading home), and we have to cancel the trip due to poor weather conditions, we’ll issue a full refund of everything you’ve paid.
We completely understand how disappointing it can be to change plans, especially when you're looking forward to the experience, but safety and your enjoyment is paramount.
Can I hire a Jet Ski?
Yes, please let us know before your booking if you would like us to book a Jet Ski for you, this would be and extra charge payable on the day cash and would be brought to the boat.

We are allowed 12 people onboard
